If our service fails to meet these standards, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the terms detailed below.

2. General Disclaimer
AceMyCourseWORK.com is a freelance academic support platform. We are not legally involved in contracts between Customers and Experts and are not liable for materials or services exchanged outside the platform.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on your region’s consumer protection laws.
To request a refund, contact our Support Team as soon as possible through your account dashboard or the “Contact Us” page.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund in the following cases:
A. No Expert Assigned Yet
If no Expert has been matched to your order, you will receive a 100% refund.
B. Order Cancelled After Expert Assigned
If the Expert is assigned but the order is cancelled before delivery:
- You may receive 70% to 100% refund, depending on the work already done.
- If the paper has been completed, your case will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance Team.
C. Late Delivery
If the order was delivered after the deadline due to our fault:
- You may qualify for a partial refund.
- If the delay was caused by the Customer’s failure to provide instructions or materials, no refund will be issued.
D. Disputed Claims
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of work, you may:
- Open a dispute and our Quality Assurance Team will review the order.
- A refund amount will be determined based on the investigation outcome.
E. Accidental Duplicate Order
If you accidentally place the same order twice:
- Contact us immediately to cancel one. A full refund will be processed if no Expert has started work.
F. Duplicate Billing
If you are charged twice:
- Send both receipts to our Support Team. We’ll investigate and issue a full refund for the extra charge.
G. Plagiarized Content
To qualify for a plagiarism refund, submit a detailed originality report from a reputable plagiarism detection service. Without documented evidence, no refund will be issued.
4. Situations That Do Not Qualify for Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- You used the delivered Product for personal reasons or submitted it elsewhere.
- You received a lower grade than expected.
- You failed an exam or were not admitted to a program after using our service.
- You bypassed our platform or used third-party links during the order process.
- Editing or proofreading work did not meet expectations due to lack of clear instructions.
- The refund request is made more than six months after the payment date.
- Refund requests related to internet or service outages beyond our control.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. However, we are not responsible for:
- Bank transfer delays
- Transfer fees
- Refund processing issues caused by third-party payment providers
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or accounts.
6. Chargebacks
Disputing a charge through your bank (chargeback) may result in suspension of your account. Any fees related to the chargeback are the Customer’s responsibility.
7. Account Deletion and Expiry
- Accounts inactive for 180 days after payment will be marked as expired and deleted.
- If you request to delete your account, you will have 14 days to reactivate before permanent deletion.
- Refunds will not be issued for voluntary account deactivation.
- If you are deactivated for policy violations, no refund will be provided.
8. Authorship After a Refund
If you are refunded for a completed order:
- You lose all rights to the Product.
- The content will be uploaded to plagiarism databases, marked as 100% not original, and may not be reused or resubmitted.
9. Payments & Taxes
- All payments are handled through secure third-party payment providers.
- We do not store your credit card data.
- Transaction and service fees may apply and are non-refundable unless the order quality is rated at 0%.
- Both Experts and Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and transaction fees.
10. Payouts to Experts
- Experts are paid for Customer-approved orders only.
- Payouts are made securely via our integrated payment providers.
11. Fraud & Abuse Disclaimer
All payments on the site are for legitimate academic services. Any fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any refunds.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time:
- Changes will be posted on this page.
- Major updates may be announced by email or via your account dashboard.
- In urgent cases, changes may take effect without prior notice.
